What does it do?
Sometimes you have a meet which you need to reject entries and wish to keep the fastest swimmers.
Meet Management only allows you to reject entries by either the qualifying times or by limiting the number of swimmers in each event.
But what it you want to limit swimmers across age groups , say accept the fastest 16 swimmers in each age group.
What this tool does is read the entries from Sport Systems and allows you to limit per event, it then creates a new QTF , you can then reject entries using the QTF keeping the faster swimmers in each age group and event.
Note: Current version does not overwrite your QTF, it saves a new file called NEW.QTF in your meet directory which you can rename to set as the active QTF.
